my dad get his meds from here and one day he missed the delievery on them and when i phoned and enquiry about them the lady was very nasty and rude telling me it costs £4 to deleiver them to my dads place ect.. and she said i would need to fetch them ... on arriving there they made me wait 10 mins before serving me and prolong the time it get the bag of meds i would like to make a complaint but i am unsure whom i need to talk with
