  Absolutely shocking service on Sunday. I understand it is January sales and it is a busy store. I was purchasing full priced shoes. The assistant that helped get the shoes from the back was condescending over my choice out of three different styles. The assistant at the till wasn't paying any attention to my purchase and almost scanned the wrong box. The till assistant was too busy chatting with another colleague - a non-work related chat. No apology was given or friendly service. From now on I will shop at the other Clarks store. It will not deter me from the brand as in my opinion Clark's shoes are the best for comfort, quality and style. However I will not be going back to this particular store again which is disappointing.
