  Cigars and whiskeys... Wow. What a place.. Staff are helpful and polite... Honest and friendly.. Except for 1. All in all. The only reason for me to ever go to Nottingham again..

  Terrible experience. As a whisky collector I decided to give these guys a try and wish I had not bothered. I placed an order in good faith and nothing turned up so I emailed them asking for a tracking number and was told that they would not be sending the order unless I paid an extra £30 due to a pricing error! The worst part was they did not even have the courtesy to contact me on the day of the order to say there was a problem. For high value whisky purchases stick to dealers like TWE or MofM.
