  Ok, maybe this is just me, but they really give me the idea that they have no clue whatsoever. First time I visited the store, I was looking for a 50mm lens which they said they were gonna order it from another store (or a warehouse in Derby if I recall) and I could collect it in no more than two days later. I was waiting for nearly ten days, after countless emails and phone calls, till I finally got it. The second time, I needed passport photos. It didn't go well... The embassy rejected the ones Jessops gave me, because as they said, my characteristics were barely visible, even though the employee told me "that's the only way the photos are taken". Needless to say, I went to another local store to sort it out, plus they didn't charge me £10. The third time I've been there, I just wanted to print some of my digital copies and frame them. Boy, if that was a disaster... every single photo looked nothing like my digital copies. They are so dark to the point that I can only see them by using an interrogation light. Sorry, but I highly doubt if I ever go to this store (or any other) again.
