  My boyfriend Aaron recently purchased an A-Class from Mercedes Nottingham. The lady who sorted everything out for us was Lauren. I could not recommend her enough! We had a lot of trouble trying to get the car to Nottingham from Liverpool, but nothing was too much hassle for her to sort out, when there were no hire vehicles for Aaron to use whilst waiting she even gave us her car for the time-being! Amazing customer service and I now have a very happy boyfriend with his car :)

  Yesterday (8/3/18) I dropped my a-class off for its first year service as I walked into the dealership i was very welcomed by the team, I was pointed in the right direction and swiftly delt with. The service advisor understood and listened to what I wanted doing on my car, we agreed an appropriate time for me to collect the car and that I would be notified once the car had been completed. I couldn’t of asked for a better service. Thank you Mercedes Nottingham
