  I have had two experiences with The Music Inn, both positive. The first was to purchase a used Collings acoustic guitar. I was given every opportunity to play the instrument and explore any faults it might have. I felt under no pressure to buy and any views held by the sales team about the instrument appeared unbiased and genuine. I bought it and have no regrets whatsoever. I was so impressed with the service that I took a used Martin guitar in to have the action lowered and new strings fitted. It really has made such a difference to play-ability and sound and I would recommend The Music Inn for its commitment in making this possible.
