  I'd been looking on Autotrader for a used white Audi Q3 for a few months and viewed several cars previously but none of them ticked all my boxes. I found exactly what I wanted at Nottingham Audi within my budget and wasn't disappointed when I travelled to look at the car. The staff were really polite and friendly and couldn't be more helpful, no pushy salesmen which was a bonus. I picked up the car on Saturday , it's lovely and I couldn't be happier, well worth the journey from a Leeds to get it. Well done guys - would definitely recommend you.

  Nottingham Audi is not customer focused, as they would have you believe. Today I called to book a service for my Audi A4 Estate and have been quoted a price of £507, which is a 40% increase from what I paid less than 2 years ago. Expressing my dismay re the increase, the receptionist said 'I'll see what I can do for you'. 2 min later and the price dropped by £120 because apparently I was a loyal customer. If I was such a loyal customer, for what reason was I quoted such a high price in the first place? Be aware, behind the amazingly fake welcome in their office, there is something else: to squeeze you as much as possible with a Colgate smile! This is not the first time that happened to me, never again.
