  I don't often leave reviews but feel like I need to because of how bad I find it here. Here is some context: bought my bike from new here and had the first service; no problems. The second service was different. I asked for auxiliary lighted mirrors to be fitted at the same time and was quoted 1.5 hours labour. Sounds about right for going under the tank and wiring them up as explained in the fitting instructions. When I went to collect my bike the tech had done a bodge job where they had just wired them into the indicators... something any monkey could do. They still charged me 2 hours of labour (that's right - 1.5 quoted and charged 2 for something I didn't ask for). When asked he said it would cost me extra (to have them fitted as they are sold and advertised)... so I got in touch with the manager and to be fair he was very quick to reply and was helpful (but so he should be when the tech has bodged the work). Mark from sales was great and still keeps in touch - so buying is no problem - it's the after service. To top it off - the tech that bodged my mirror fitting had the audacity to tell me my bike was dirty when he fitted them properly the second time round. Yeah mate - it will be because I had to ride back out in the rain and miss work to get them fitted properly again the second time round. Couple of great employees but I've found the service and tech department are rude/unwelcoming. I will be taking my custom to another Harley Davidson from here on - probably chesterfield.

  As a harley lover myself this shop to me is worth just a drive out. Love looking at the bikes and chatting to the team. Very helpfull and full of knowledge
