  Have had a new sofa set delivered months ago. Rang over 8 or 9 times in the last two months asking for correct feet to be delivered. Still not received, no apology or acceptance of being in the wrong. Was told that it's been ordered and asked why I'm being fobbed off to which they said I'm not. Sofa was scratched by driver and I was told they will repair it. Sent in pictures as per there request, took weeks of chasing for them to get a quote off a third party and then say to me that I need to take it up with the driver personally and it's got nothing to do with them. Never buy from here, worst customer service experience ever and my issue still is not resolved with odd and unbalanced feet. Not looking forward to complaining again and taking this further to area managers and press but left with no choice. People need to be made aware of big companies that take you for a ride when you spend money with them there not bothered about anything after the sale. Awful & upsetting behaviour from these guys have made my parents ill. Stay Away!
