  Quite a large store with a good range of products but unfortunately the staff do not have any idea of what the store stocks. On many occasions I have visited the store and every time when asking the staff for help in locating a certain item they seem to have no clue and are not interested in helping at all. One particular time when asking for help regarding some walking sandals, the girl was more interested in a conversation with her colleague instead of serving the customers. She was very rude to an elderly couple and her response to their question was very abrupt. When I asked her help finding a certain pair of sandals she responded by calling me 'darling' and said everything we have in store is out. I found this very condescending and i'd rather you do your job instead of having a conversation with your colleague which had nothing to do with work. She made the customers feel very unwelcome and her attitude was very bad!!
