    Colin Stuart was very friendly and efficient dealing with me even though the shop was busy. he told me how much it was all going to cost and approximately how long it would take. After a week or so I was contacted by Clare Kitchener who told me there was another fault that needed sorting. The watch came back quicker than I anticipated and looked almost as good as new. All the staff are friendly and seem quite knowledgeable which is reassuring. I have been to the shop several times over the last 3 years or so and always had excellent service.
